Kick off the holiday season with Fun 4 All Tours as we head to beautiful Newport, Rhode Island for a magical day filled with festive shopping, delicious food, sparkling Christmas lights, and two of Newport’s most beloved holiday experiences!
🎁 We’ll begin our day in charming downtown Newport, where you’ll have plenty of free time to enjoy the city at your own pace. Browse the unique boutiques and holiday shops, explore the beautifully decorated waterfront, choose from Newport’s many restaurants for lunch, enjoy a festive cocktail or hot chocolate, or simply wander and soak up the Christmas atmosphere.
✨ At approximately 3:30 PM, we’ll board our private motorcoach and head to Newport’s most famous mansion — The Breakers — for Sparkling Lights at The Breakers!
🎄 We’ll experience The Breakers beautifully transformed for Christmas. Explore the spectacular mansion decorated with Christmas trees, garlands, ornaments and elegant holiday décor before stepping outside to experience the illuminated grounds.
As daylight fades, thousands of sparkling lights transform the landscape surrounding The Breakers, creating a magical “Hallmark Christmas” experience both inside and out. You’ll have time to enjoy the beautifully decorated mansion as well as the outdoor light displays before we continue our evening.
🚌 At approximately 5:15–5:30 PM, we’ll board our motorcoach and return to downtown Newport and the waterfront just in time for another holiday favorite…
⛵✨ The Newport Illuminated Boat Parade!
Beginning at 6:00 PM, Newport Harbor comes alive as boats decorated with colorful Christmas lights and festive displays make their way through the harbor. Find the perfect spot along the waterfront and enjoy one of Newport’s favorite holiday traditions!
🎅 And there’s no need to rush home when the parade ends! We’ll leave some additional free time afterward to warm up with a coffee or hot chocolate, grab dessert, browse a few more shops, or simply enjoy downtown Newport all lit up for Christmas.
🚌 We’ll plan to depart Newport at approximately 7:30–8:00 PM, depending on the length of the boat parade, giving everyone time to enjoy the evening without feeling rushed.
