Fun 4 All Tours – Terms, Conditions & Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Fun 4 All Tours! We’re excited to travel with you. Our goal is to provide fun, organized, and stress-free group travel experiences. Because transportation, hotels, attractions, and tickets are reserved in advance, the following policies apply to all bookings.
Booking & Payments
Payment requirements vary by trip and will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
Some trips may require full payment at the time of booking, while others may offer a deposit/payment plan option.
Deposit Payment Option
By completing this purchase, you understand that if you choose the deposit option, the remaining balance for your room package is due no later than 45 days before the trip departure date.
Failure to pay the remaining balance by the stated deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit.
Deposit payments reserve your room package only. Remaining balances will be invoiced separately and must be paid in full no later than 45 days before departure.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
Fun 4 All Tours reserves the right to cancel reservations for unpaid balances after the final payment deadline has passed.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that life happens and plans sometimes change. While we do have cancellation timelines due to vendor commitments and prepaid reservations, we always try to be fair and helpful whenever possible.
Seat Transfers (Recommended)
If you are unable to attend your trip, you may transfer your reservation to another person whenever possible.
This is often the best way to avoid losing your payment.
All transfer requests must be approved by Fun 4 All Tours.
Day Trips
- 7 or more days before departure: Full refund
- Less than 7 days before departure: Non-refundable
If we are able to fill your seat, a future travel credit may be offered at our discretion.
Overnight Trips (1 night)
- 30 or more days before departure: Refund available minus any non-refundable deposit
- 7–29 days before departure: Refund minus 50% of total trip cost
- Less than 7 days before departure: Non-refundable
If we are able to fill your spot, a future travel credit may be offered.
Extended / Vacation / Multi-Day Tours
- 90 or more days before departure: Refund available minus any non-refundable deposit
- 60–89 days before departure: Refund minus 25% of total trip cost
- 30–59 days before departure: Refund minus 50% of total trip cost
- 7–29 days before departure: Refund minus 75% of total trip cost
- Less than 7 days before departure: Non-refundable
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all extended and overnight trips.
Important Policies
- Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- No refunds will be issued for missed departures or late arrivals.
- No refunds will be provided due to weather, traffic, transportation delays, border delays, or circumstances beyond our control unless the trip itself is canceled by Fun 4 All Tours.
- Trips require a minimum number of participants. If a trip is canceled by Fun 4 All Tours, all payments made, including deposits, will be refunded in full.
- Fun 4 All Tours reserves the right to make itinerary adjustments, hotel substitutions, timing changes, or activity modifications when necessary due to operational needs, weather, vendor availability, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control.
Travel Expectations
- Exact travel times are estimates and may vary.
- Guests are responsible for arriving at departure locations on time.
- Buses cannot wait for late arrivals.
- Guests are responsible for additional personal expenses caused by unexpected delays outside of our control.
- Many trips involve moderate walking and physical activity. Guests should review trip descriptions carefully before booking.
Responsibility & Liability
Fun 4 All Tours acts only as an agent for transportation companies, hotels, restaurants, attractions, and other travel suppliers involved in these trips.
Fun 4 All Tours is not responsible for loss, injury, damage, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity caused by any company or person providing transportation, accommodations, or other travel services.
Fun 4 All Tours is not responsible for events beyond our control including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, government actions, strikes, road closures, transportation delays, illness, or other unforeseen events.
Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings throughout the trip.
Medical & Travel Requirements
Guests are responsible for determining whether a trip is appropriate for their physical abilities and health conditions.
Guests requiring special accommodations should contact Fun 4 All Tours before booking so we can determine whether accommodations may be possible.
For international trips, guests are responsible for obtaining valid passports and any required travel documents.
Photography Release
By participating in a Fun 4 All Tours trip, you grant permission for photographs and videos taken during the trip to be used for promotional and marketing purposes unless you notify us otherwise in writing before departure.
By Booking
By completing your reservation and purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, Conditions, and Cancellation Policies.
