The applicant agrees to the following terms and conditions.

Fun 4 All Tours – Terms, Conditions & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Fun 4 All Tours! We’re excited to travel with you. Our goal is to provide fun, organized, and stress-free group travel experiences. Because transportation, hotels, attractions, and tickets are reserved in advance, the following policies apply to all bookings.

Booking & Payments

Payment requirements vary by trip and will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

Some trips may require full payment at the time of booking, while others may offer a deposit/payment plan option.

Deposit Payment Option

By completing this purchase, you understand that if you choose the deposit option, the remaining balance for your room package is due no later than 45 days before the trip departure date.

Failure to pay the remaining balance by the stated deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit.

Deposit payments reserve your room package only. Remaining balances will be invoiced separately and must be paid in full no later than 45 days before departure.

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

Fun 4 All Tours reserves the right to cancel reservations for unpaid balances after the final payment deadline has passed.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that life happens and plans sometimes change. While we do have cancellation timelines due to vendor commitments and prepaid reservations, we always try to be fair and helpful whenever possible.

Seat Transfers (Recommended)

If you are unable to attend your trip, you may transfer your reservation to another person whenever possible.

This is often the best way to avoid losing your payment.

All transfer requests must be approved by Fun 4 All Tours.

Day Trips

  • 7 or more days before departure: Full refund
  • Less than 7 days before departure: Non-refundable

If we are able to fill your seat, a future travel credit may be offered at our discretion.

Overnight Trips (1 night)

  • 30 or more days before departure: Refund available minus any non-refundable deposit
  • 7–29 days before departure: Refund minus 50% of total trip cost
  • Less than 7 days before departure: Non-refundable

If we are able to fill your spot, a future travel credit may be offered.

Extended / Vacation / Multi-Day Tours (more than 2 nights)

  • 90 or more days before departure: Refund available minus any non-refundable deposit
  • 60–89 days before departure: Refund minus 25% of total trip cost
  • 30–59 days before departure: Refund minus 50% of total trip cost
  • 7–29 days before departure: Refund minus 75% of total trip cost
  • Less than 7 days before departure: Non-refundable

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all extended and overnight trips.

Important Policies

  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • No refunds will be issued for missed departures or late arrivals.
  • No refunds will be provided due to weather, traffic, transportation delays, border delays, or circumstances beyond our control unless the trip itself is canceled by Fun 4 All Tours.
  • Trips require a minimum number of participants. If a trip is canceled by Fun 4 All Tours, all payments made, including deposits, will be refunded in full.
  • Fun 4 All Tours reserves the right to make itinerary adjustments, hotel substitutions, timing changes, or activity modifications when necessary due to operational needs, weather, vendor availability, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control.

Travel Expectations

  • Exact travel times are estimates and may vary.
  • Guests are responsible for arriving at departure locations on time.
  • Buses cannot wait for late arrivals.
  • Guests are responsible for additional personal expenses caused by unexpected delays outside of our control.
  • Many trips involve moderate walking and physical activity. Guests should review trip descriptions carefully before booking.

Responsibility & Liability

Fun 4 All Tours acts only as an agent for transportation companies, hotels, restaurants, attractions, and other travel suppliers involved in these trips.

Fun 4 All Tours is not responsible for loss, injury, damage, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity caused by any company or person providing transportation, accommodations, or other travel services.

Fun 4 All Tours is not responsible for events beyond our control including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, government actions, strikes, road closures, transportation delays, illness, or other unforeseen events.

Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings throughout the trip.

Medical & Travel Requirements

Guests are responsible for determining whether a trip is appropriate for their physical abilities and health conditions.

Guests requiring special accommodations should contact Fun 4 All Tours before booking so we can determine whether accommodations may be possible.

For international trips, guests are responsible for obtaining valid passports and any required travel documents.

Photography Release

By participating in a Fun 4 All Tours trip, you grant permission for photographs and videos taken during the trip to be used for promotional and marketing purposes unless you notify us otherwise in writing before departure.

By Booking

By completing your reservation and purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, Conditions, and Cancellation Policies.

Fun-4-All Tours, LLC Release & Agreement

I am an applicant or a parent/guardian of a student for a tour with Fun-4-All Tours, and acknowledge and agree to the following conditions binding upon myself, and upon my parents or guardians if I am a minor, and upon Fun-4-All Tours, LLC.

1. Responsibility: Fun-4-All Tours is responsible only for the acts or omissions of its employees. Each tour begins with the departure from the designated location and ends upon completion and the return to the designated location (with the exception of land-only arrangements, which starts at the first hotel and ends with completion of services at the last hotel).

2. Fun-4-All Tours cannot be responsible for events beyond its control, including, without limitation, acts of God, war, strikes or government restrictions, or for any other circumstances of unforeseen nature; nor, in the absence of its own negligence, for personal injury, accidents, death, property damage or loss, delay or inconvenience caused by persons not controlled by Fun-4-All Tours, including, without limitation, airlines, bus companies, railways, hotels, restaurants, taxis, group leaders, or any other agency, company or individual.

3. Fun-4-All Tours is not responsible for loss of a government-issued passport, travel documents or airline tickets, loss or damage to luggage or any other personal belongings, or for consequential damages in any event. I understand the airlines’ diverse policies concerning lost air tickets, and I accept financial responsibility for replacement of my ticket should it become lost. It is also my responsibility to pursue any refund directly from the airline.

4. School Trips: Fun-4-All Tours reserves the right to cancel any participant at any time for reasons which appear to be valid in its sole judgment. Fun-4-All Tours shall have the right, without refund, to send home (on notice to parent or guardian for minors) at his/her own expense, and without escort, any student or adult who does not adhere to Fun-4-All Tours’ code of conduct, or who infringes upon others’ enjoyment of the tour. I agree to release Fun-4-All Tours, its agents and employees, my local school and school district, and the group leader from all claims arising out of such events, acts, or omissions.

5. School Trips: I understand that if I am expelled from school, or if I am under other disciplinary measures instituted by my teacher, school or other authorities, or if I fail to meet the requirements for this tour as set forth by my teacher, school, school administrators or others, I could be declared ineligible to participate in the tour. My application may be cancelled, and I will be subject to the cancellation/refund policy published in the Terms and Conditions. I agree to comply with all instructions of my group organizer.

6. Fun-4-All Tours is not responsible for me when I am absent from Fun-4-All Tours scheduled activities. I understand I will be required to pay for any damage or injury, whether accidental or willful, caused by me while on a Fun-4-All Tours tour. If by my acts or omissions I cause or threaten to cause damage of any kind whatsoever to third parties, I accept full responsibility. Further, in the event of such damage or loss, I agree to indemnify and hold Fun-4-All Tours harmless from any and all actions taken by third parties for said damages and loss.

7. If I become ill, injured or incapacitated during my tour, Fun-4-All Tours will do whatever it deems necessary to preserve my health and safety including, without limitation, obtaining medical treatment for me at my expense, and/or transporting me at my own or my parents’ expense back to my home for medical reasons. I agree to pay or reimburse any extra expenses incurred on my behalf by my group leader or other group members for medical or other reasons. I also understand that emergency medical insurance is complimentary as part of my selected program.

8. Any photographs, films or videotapes taken of me while participating in a Fun-4-All Tours tour and/or any of my comments or statements may be freely used in Fun-4-All Tours’ published materials, without compensation and without liability.

9. If I wish to withdraw from a Fun-4-All Tours tour, I must do so individually in writing. Any refund to which I may be entitled is given by the “Terms and Conditions”. No exceptions to the Terms and Conditions will be made.

10. Fun-4-All Tours reserves the right to discontinue a tour due to low enrollment or other reasons, and/or make certain changes in departure dates, cities, the order of an itinerary, activities, hotels, group leader assignments, airlines, determination of flight routings, services, fees or other itinerary modifications as may be required, in its sole discretion. Such changes are not grounds for withdrawal with a full refund, or for refunds after the tour. If tour features are unavailable for any reason, substitutions will be made whenever possible.

11. If my tour is sponsored by my school, school board, school district, individual school administrator, or local municipality, I will be notified of this fact. Otherwise, I understand that my tour is not officially sponsored, contracted, paid for, or regulated by any of these groups or individuals, even though my school may, as a convenience, allow the use of school premises for planning the tour. I hereby and expressly waive all claims against any such groups or individuals that might arise out of the tour, or relate to it in any manner, including changes in school/school board administrative policies concerning “school” travel trips.

12. I am responsible for obtaining and carrying a current passport with an expiration date not less than six months after my return date, and any necessary visas for the countries I am to visit. My inability to obtain such documents shall not constitute grounds for cancellation without penalty. The standard refund policy applies. Fun-4-All Tours will not be held responsible if I am unable to obtain the necessary travel documents for participation in the program. I understand that I must allow Fun-4-All Tours a minimum of 30 days notice for any documents from the company that may be required to obtain a visa.

13. I understand that this Agreement is expressly between me and Fun-4-All Tours, and that it cannot be modified by a third party, including my group organizer, school, or school board. I understand that Fun-4-All Tours is not responsible for third party errors, and that Fun-4-All Tours strictly adheres to published policies, including those published in the Terms and Conditions. No exceptions will be made to this Agreement or to the Terms and Conditions. Any modification or extension of this Agreement by Fun-4-All Tours must be made in writing by an officer of Fun-4-All Tours.

14. In the event any part of this contract is found to be legally void or unenforceable, then such part will be stricken but the rest of this document will be given full force and effect.

15. Fun-4-All Tours recommends that customers purchase Trip Insurance. There are many options, and although Fun-4-All Tours does not represent any of these companies, we do recommend Travel Insurance for all of our clients. www.Insuremytrip.com is a broker representing 21 different insurance carriers, including CSA Travel Protection, MedJet Assist and Travelex.
