Our Story:
Fun 4 All Tours has its roots in a lifelong passion for teaching and travel.
Founded by longtime educator (and amazing person) Bob Mallon, the business grew from small student trips in the 1970s into a trusted travel program serving schools and groups across the East Coast and beyond. Over the years, thousands of students, families, and adults have experienced meaningful, well-organized trips through his work.
As the demand for adult and family travel grew, Fun 4 All Tours was created to bring those same thoughtfully planned, stress-free experiences to the public.
In 2001, Bob began working alongside fellow teacher Beth Asmus, who quickly became an integral part of the program – bringing new energy, ideas, and a deep love of connecting people through travel.
Today, after many years of mentorship and partnership, Bob has officially retired (though anyone who knows him knows it took him a little while to get there 😊), and Beth is now the proud owner of Fun 4 All Tours. 💛
Meet Beth!
Beth is a middle school science teacher with over 20 years of experience on the South Shore of Massachusetts, teaching in Pembroke from 2001–2018 and in Marshfield since 2020.
Since the very beginning of her career, she has been organizing and leading trips for students, families, and adults – ranging from local field trips to large-scale travel experiences in cities like New York, Washington, DC, and beyond.
Between school travel and Fun 4 All Tours, Beth has helped plan and lead trips for thousands of travelers over the years.
What sets her trips apart is the experience she creates:
- Thoughtfully organized and easy to navigate
- Welcoming and comfortable for all travelers (even if you come alone!)
- Flexible “choose-your-own-adventure” itineraries
- Clear communication before, during, and after each trip
- A supportive, hands-on guide every step of the way
Beth brings her signature mix of organization, warmth, and Midwest friendliness (she originally moved to Massachusetts from Illinois) to every trip she runs.

Fun 4 All Tours continues to grow as a small, local business based on the South Shore of Massachusetts, offering fun, stress-free group travel experiences to destinations like New York City, coastal Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Niagara Falls, Washington, DC, and more.
